Kjell was part of creating West Sweden in 1992. He started his career in the computer business. After that followed a number of years with the Ozalid group, running his own business in Gothenburg, and working for WPM Management Consulting in London. Kjell has been President of West Sweden since 1992.

Kajsa has been working for West Sweden since 1997. After her studies in European economy at Frans Schartaus Handelsinstitut in Stockholm Kajsa spent three and a half years as Money Market Assistand at Inter IKEA Treasury, Belgium.

Isabel studied at the University of Lincoln in England and graduated with a BA Honours in International relations from the University of Lincoln. From 2004 till 2007 Isabel worked for the East Midlands European Office in Brussels. Isabel has been working at West Sweden since December 2007.

Rune has been working within the public sector for over 30 years and joined West Sweden in the year 2001. He is today responsible for the Swedish office.

Peter has studied EU law at the University of Lund, but has also spent time studying in Gothenburg and Mannheim. Peter has been part of West Sweden's project development team in Gothenburg.

Anita has a Master in European Science from the University of Gotheburg, and has also studied public administration, English and Hungarian at Eötvös Loránd Tudomány egyetem in Budapest, Hungary. Anita has been working at West Sweden since 2002.
Anders joined West Sweden in January 2009. He has a Master in European studies from Liverpool John Moores University. Prior to West Sweden Anders worked for the City of Gothenburg.
